感度高めフードカルチャー誌、RiCEのビール特集号が3年ぶりに発売されるということで、取材を受けることも兼ねて一緒にビールを仕込みました。
スタイルはもちろんライスラガー。
NZホップ主体で香りやフレーバーを強調しつつ、ライスラガーらしくドライでキレのあるフィニッシュはごくごく飲めるような仕上がりとなっており、やみつきになるキャラクターはもう一杯、もう一杯と飲み飽きずにずっと飲み続けられるような仕上がりです。
To celebrate the release of the beer special issue from the culture and food magazine RiCE for the first time in three years, we teamed up with them for both a feature interview and a collaborative brew.
The style, of course, is a Rice Lager.
Built mainly around NZ hops to emphasize aroma and flavor, this beer still retains the dry, crisp finish that defines a classic rice lager, making it incredibly easy to drink.
Its addictive character keeps you coming back for another sip, then another pint — a beer you’ll never get tired of drinking.
