神戸のビアバー、バジェサグラード。
読み方がよくわからないというので有名ですが、店主の前潤は実は同い年。
ビール業界での付き合いも長く、神戸に出店しに行くこともよくあるため、割と頻繁に会っています。
そんな彼のお店の周年ビールにWest Coast Pilsをつくりました。
Columbus, Citra, Idaho7, Centenial, Deep Cut
Cascadeを使用し、かなりクラシック寄りなセレクトにしています。
ドライでグラッシー、柑橘フレーバー満載のカリフォルニアを感じさせるような爽快な飲み心地です。

Kobe beer bar Vallesagrado is famous for having a name that many people aren’t quite sure how to pronounce. Its owner, Jun Mae, is actually the same age as me.

We’ve known each other in the beer industry for many years, and since we often travel to Kobe for events and collaborations, we end up seeing each other quite regularly.

For the anniversary beer of his bar, we brewed a West Coast Pils.

Featuring Columbus, Citra, Idaho 7, Centennial, Deep Cut Cascade, the hop selection leans heavily toward the classics.
