Floccシリーズ第2弾。名前の由来は英語で早口で発音すると面白いってだけで特に嫌な事があったわけではありません。Flocc Membersと同様、既存のスタイルにInkhorn Brewingなりの解釈を加えて醸造しました。ベースはヴィエナラガーなので、モルト感を楽しみつつスッキリと飲めるビールである事が大前提にあり、その中で他との違いを楽しむ事に注力しました。ヴィエナラガーにはあまり使われていないフランス産のBarbe Rouge (Postsourismにも使ってる好きなホップの一つ)のシングルホップで、Flocc Membersに引き続きドッサリとドライホップもしちゃいました。仕上がりは麦芽の甘味と香ばしさの中にホップ由来のベリー感と違和感のない変わったノーブルホップ感。ラガー系なのにジューシーと捉えるか独立した一つのジャンルとして捉えるか、飲み手に解釈委ねる系のハッキリしてないようでハッキリしてるビール。そんな世界観お楽しみください。

It is the second beer of the Flocc series. Obviously the name of the beer is a pun… (say it fast enough to be amused); not that I’m angry or anything.
I took the same approach as the 1st one of the series, “Flocc Members” and gave a twist to the established style of lager fermented beer. The base is Vienna Lager so it had to be drinkable while having the malt characters pronounced. Single hopped with Barbe Rouge would have been interesting enough, but I dry-hopped the beer with Barbe Rouge as well. The end result is very unique; sweet and toasted malt characters with a hint of berries in addition to the French noble hop characters.
