たまには少し色の明るめのビターをつくりたいと思いたちまして。
国産ホップの信州早生由来の青みやレモン感と、LeafのStylian
Goldingsによる柔らかな草花のニュアンスが口内に華やかに広がり、麦芽由来のパンやカラメル、ハチミツのような味わいが心地よく包み込みます。
朝ごはん代わりにでも飲めるような低アルコールで優しい味わいはまったく飲み疲れず、1日中飲んでいられる仕上がりです。

I felt like making a Bitter with a slightly lighter color for a change.
The Japanese hop Shinshu Wase brings fresh green notes and a touch of lemon, while Leaf’s Styrian Goldings adds soft, floral and grassy nuances. These hop characteristics blend beautifully with malt notes of bread, caramel, and honey.
Low in alcohol and gentle in flavor, it’s easy-drinking and never tiring on the palate. The kind of beer you could enjoy in place of your morning drink and keep sipping throughout the day.
