NZの＠pikimaihopsから空輸で届いた、2026年産のCascade・Chinook・Nelson Sauvin・Rakauをセレクトし、ドライホップで段階的に投入。

ダンクな樹脂を思わせる松の香りが際立ち、レモンやグレープフルーツのような爽やかな柑橘感と、トロピカルフルーツを連想させるアロマが美しく調和。さらに、刈りたての草のようにフレッシュなニュアンスがアクセントに。

時代が移り変わっても、あの日々の熱狂だけは今も色褪せない。誰もが憧れ、夢中になっていたその才能は、今もなおシーンの中心で輝き続けている。

WC IPAs with haze? Blasphemy. Actually, nah. It's a thing, especially for us and NZ only hop combos, This freshie WC IPA was borne completely of Pikimai goodies, a blend of 2026 Chinook, Cascade and Rakau. Resinous pine and grassy notes are prominent, with citrusy grapefruit and subtle tropical impressions on the back end. While the haze is reminiscent of the name, the liquid hits your palate like a WC IPA should with a gently sweet and moderate bitterness profile, short bursts of lemon and a pretty stellar drinkability. Stereo is king? Not this week. Analog is glowing through tremendous. Some say it's even better than Stereo. Let's let the Hop Dudes decide 😛
