Be Easy Brewing 2回目のHoppy Cider。今回は青森県弘前市の「タムラファーム」さんのリンゴ果汁を使用。Hop、ラクトースを加え、リンゴの風味を高めながらも、甘さと酸味もバランスよく、何度でも飲めるドリンカブルなシードルに仕上げました。
We decided to make our second batch of cider closer to a true cider than we did last time. We used a light dry hopping of southern hemisphere hops along with characterful British ale yeast. The result is a lovely smelling cider full of apple, tropical fruits, and a slight sweetness. The flavors of apple, tropical fruit, and a slight sourness that tops off at just the right point make this a highly drinkable cider.
