Be Easy Brewing 初めての cold IPA。　 フランスのHopを使用、マスカットやライチのような甘く爽やかな、なんとなく懐かしいような香りが口の中いっぱいに広がり、とても軽やかなすっきりとしたボディー感、あとから心地よくやってくる苦み。飲むたびに面白い味わいが感じられます。　一日の疲れがすっと飛んでいきそうな味わいです。　

Our first take on the cold IPA series. We used a Kolsch yeast and fermented it at a lower temperature leaving a crisp clean base for the French hops. The flavorful German Ireks malt gives the character of bread, grain, and light toast. The hops create a bouquet of unique character including pinot gris, lychee, gummy bears, and a delicate background note of berry. Definitely an interesting beer for those that have not had a chance to try beautiful French hops from Alsace.
