This new sour is inspired by the sharp snap of a margarita, combined with tart rhubarb and raspberry for a vibrant rush of sweet, sharp flavours, balanced by a salty edge that nods to the aforementioned cocktail.
As Spring approaches, flowers bloom, and the days draw longer, you can enjoy this bold and juicy, refreshing and bright fruit sour. Balancing tart acidity with fruit sweetness, finishing clean and surprisingly moreish.
