Flowers of the Sky was brewed with a base of pilsner malt, flaked oats and unmalted wheat. Our fresh hop pale was hopped in the kettle with Strata CGX NUVO, Comet and Galaxy then fermented cool with our house kölsch strain. Flowers of the Sky was dry hopped with Strata, Comet and Galaxy, and finally cold-infused with beautiful fresh Strata hops from Coleman Hops. 5.5%.
🍋🟩🍹We get notes of limeade, passion fruit and fresh hop agua fresca popping out of the glass on this fluffy fresh hop pale.
