シアトルのロースター「Hyacinth Coffee」とのコラボレーションにより誕生したダーク・テーブルビア。ピルスナーモルトやミュンヘンモルト、Bizarreチームお気に入りのスペシャルティモルトと、ホップにはStyrian Goldingを採用。門外不出の特別なベルギーエール酵母で発酵させた後、Hyacinth Coffeeが手がけるコンゴ産とエチオピア産のコーヒー豆を漬け込んで完成。グラスを近づけると、コーヒーやクローブ、ドライレーズンを思わせる心地良く芳醇なアロマ。アルコール度数2.9%とは思えない満足感でありながら、スタイルはやはりテーブルビア。ごくごくと流れていきます。

Table Top Joe was brewed with a blend of pilsner, Munich and some of our favorite specialty malts then hopped in the kettle with Styrian Golding. Our dark table beer was fermented with a special Belgian ale strain and was finished on a blend of Hyacinth’s DR Congo and Ethiopia coffees.
