One DropがDDH Oat Cram DIPAとしてリリースする第5作目にして最終作となるThe Finale。
ここにたどり着くまでに、500時間以上の研究、ブリュワリー内での開発と試行錯誤、そして失敗、さらには顧客からの膨大なフィードバックがあった。
使用ホップはEl Dorado、Citra、Lotus、Amarilloに加えてSabroとMosaicそれぞれのCryoホップが使用されている。
ドライホップの用量と割合はもちろん、ライトラガーモルトを使用することでオーツと小麦の特徴を引き出すモルトの組み合わせ、彼ら独自に進化させたNEIPA専用ハウスイーストのブレンド、ほのかな乳糖に至るまで、ここまでの4作の集大成として完璧な表現を目指して造られた。
新鮮なホップのアロマが鼻腔を満たす、その味わいは至高そのもの。

Here it is.
The Finale of our Oat Cream Limited Series. This here is the culmination of over 500+ hours of research, inhouse development, trial, error, and our customer’s feedback from a wider 4 volume series release. This is a temporal timestamp, and true expression, of all the brewing techniques, hops and hop products, malt schedules, water profiles, dry hop doses and rates, analysis, and yeast blends we’ve explored to find what works best to create a true One Drop Oat Cream DIPA.
Jammed with oats and a hint of lactose, hopped with a mix of our freshest & favourite hops, and fermented out with our House NEIPA 2.0™ yeast blend
