The well known classic raspberry wonder, aged on loads (one kilo pr hektoliter) of vanilla beans from Sri Lanka and Indonesia to obtain different qualities from the different kinds of beans. A rich and complex beer lending a slick mouthfeel from the vanilla and underpinned by the acidity of the berries.
We take our Danish Wild Ale with Raspberries (Rubus of Rose), and age it on copious amounts of Tahitian and Bourbon vanilla beans (from Indonesia and Sri Lanka respectively). The 2020 vintage sees a more balanced acid to vanilla profile than the previous iteration.
