全く同じレシピで違うビール酵母を使い2つのビールを造りました。
ウエストコーストスタイルに魅了された（Mesmerise）その愛を表現すべく、オーセンティックなコロンブス、シトラ、アマリロ、センテニアルを用いドライホップを施しました。
クリスプでビターなフィニッシュのIPAです。
Brewed in collaboration with Unity Brewing Co. We’ve created two beers with exactly the same recipe bar different yeast strains. Mesmerise is influenced by our love of West Coast IPAs, overflowing with bright aromas from multiple dry hops of Columbus, Citra, Amarillo and Centennial. With a crisp and bitter finish.
