明るいゴールデンカラーからは白ぶどうを思わせる華やかな果実感のある風味と程よく合わさった酸味があり、7.0%の度数を感じさせないライトなボディ。

Do zombies dream of brains? One of life’s eternal questions. While pondering this, maybe one would like to sip on something a little more quenchable. With the idea of bringing the flavors and notes of a cranberry mimosa to beer, we created Zombie Dreams. After letting our inhouse lactobacillus culture sour our wort, we added cranberry puree and Sauvignon Blanc grape juice to the fermentation. This resulted in smooth aromas of sweet cranberry with hints of tropical fruit. On the palate, the carbonation brings forth the mix of fruit during fermentation with a backend acidity to round things off. Now it’s time to put on your favorite Cranberries album and listen to some tracks. “Zombie” is always a banger, but what about “Dreams”?
