To Ølが手がけるペストリーサワーが新上陸。なんと1トンものブルーベリーをドッサリと使用！そこに新鮮なレモンピール、乳糖、バニラを加える事により誕生したのは、甘く仄かな酸味をまとったブルーベリーパウンドケーキを連想させる味わい。ビールの成分と同様、ラベルにも鮮やかな色彩をオン。
Nothing about this beer is subtle. A literal ton of blueberries was used in this. Could we have used less? Probably. But we didn’t. Instead, we then added freshly ground lemon peel, vanilla, and lactose and whirled it all around to make a bomb-ass pastry sour. Because that’s whassup.
Design Notes: The artwork is inspired by broadcasting and industrial test patterns infused with bright colors referring to the ingredients of the beer.
