Four WindsのOriginal Series（定番ラインナップ）のアメリカンペールエール。グレープフルーツ、蜜リンゴ、パイナップルを思わせる強めのホップの香り。バックグラウンドには仄かなアニスのようなスパイス感と、緑茶のような渋みも。軽いトースト、仄かなキャラメル、ハチミツとレーズンのモルトの風味。ホップが前面でありつつも、上手い落としどころでモルトの味わいが活きているペールエール。
Our American-style pale ale is a tribute to the origins of craft-brewed beer. A dynamic duo of Cascade and Centennial hops combine for a refreshingly bitter ale, varied with the subtle maltiness that gives way to a clean, brisk finish.
