毎回、期待を上回る作品を提供し続ける敏腕プロデューサーが新たなシリーズを立ち上げる。あのAlchemistさえも狂わせるほど、彼の天才的かつ緻密なホップの旋律に右に出る者はおらず、音楽界のトップとして君臨し続けている。

今回は通常のホップの使用と共に、"Salvo"というルプリンを抽出したホップオイルを投入。これまでのWCB的APAとは一味違ったレシピの切り替えに、濃厚さをともなったホップを愛する者たちからの熱狂が渦を巻く。

青々としたパインにダンク、シトラスやトロピカルフルーツのアロマ。甘みある柑橘の果汁感にはパッションフルーツ&ダンキーなアロマ。強烈なパッションフルーツとグレープフルーツを思わせる余韻で締めくくり。

ただホップを沢山入れればいいってもんじゃない。常にアロマとフレーバーの反発を防ぐための本能的な計算と、感覚を研ぎ澄ませ調えるサイドチェインな才能。

So we’ve got this hotel / guest house thing rocking now. Making beer (and serving it fresh) to a super limited audience (hotel guests!) while fun, is super hard to time up right. And thus we present to you the inaugural edition of Sidechain Series. This is a pale ale that was meant for the rooms - but with timing being what it is we decided to share it with all of you at the freshness zenith (don’t worry hotel-goers, there is more than enough room-exclusive to go around). Sidechain 01 features another dosage of Salvo (Bitter Gold), and a light but quality dry hop of Enigma and Mosaic. This is a super crushable 5.5% dankster of a brew, with hints of pine, passionfruit and grapefruit, and a well-balanced hop bitterness. Only available in cans and in super limited quantities, def go grab one before they are gone.
