Big Basin was brewed with wheat, oats, and two additions of pink peppercorns, coriander and tangerine peel; the first in the whirlpool and the second after the beer spent 10 months in neutral oak.
Bottle conditioned with honey, the beer has noticeable body and fresh minerality, with a dry finish and low acid.
