Our hearty American Barley Wine is an explosion of orange blossom and citrus aromas buoyed by a pithy bitterness from the American hops Cryo Pop, Amarillo, Mosaic, Simcoe and Cascade. We aged this rich beast in charred, oak bourbon barrels, adding a complex sweetness with soft notes of melted brown sugar, caramel, maple and vanilla.
