A new style of beer created by American microbreweries during the 1990s. With a "bigger is better" mentality, both malt and hops were increased compared to an IPA. In a good Double IPA, the strong hops are always balanced by a full malt body.
Our Double India Pale Ale gets its character from copious amounts of American hops balanced by a full body of six different malts.
