Ace Ciderの創立30周年記念を祝うサイダー。

地元カリフォルニア州ソノマ郡のセバストポルで収穫されたGravensteinという品種のリンゴを使用し、仕上げにシャルドネのオーク樽で熟成させています。

このサイダーは他のサイダーと一線を画す味わいに仕上がっており、その味わいはまるで上質なスパークリングワインを飲んでいるかのようです。

フィニッシュはきりっとドライでグリル野菜、スープ、パスタなど幅広い料理に合います。

以前は地元に大量に植えられていたGravensteinの果樹が年々減少していることを受け、このサイダーが売れた本数分の苗をAce Ciderが自社敷地内に植樹する予定です。

原材料：リンゴ果汁 / pH調整剤(リンゴ酸)、酸化防止剤(ピロ亜硫酸カリウム)

Tasting Notes
This Special Anniversary Cider celebrates our 30 years of cidermaking in the Sebastopol area of Sonoma County, California. We have taken the highly prized Gravenstein Apples from neighboring apple orchards, pressed them, and fermented the juice to 9% abv. BlackJack’s complexities are formed during oak aging and increased tannins are developed with the addition of bittersweet apple varieties. Only a very limited number of cases of BlackJack 21 are produced each harvest season. Each year we are reminded to be thankful for what the earth provides. Blessed is the bounty. Be healthy. Wassail.
