今回は、季節限定の岩木山のシリーズ！！スモークド・ラガーを醸造しました。通常、スモークビアは比較的濃い色合いを持つ傾向がありますが、私たちはユニークな体験を作り出すことを目指しました。香りは、木々の香り漂うキャンプファイヤーのエッセンスを繊細に捉えており、強すぎずに表現しています。口当たりはドライで、トーストのような味わい。さらにニュージーランド産のホップによる微妙なフルーティーなアクセントが加わっています。新しいRauchbierをぜひ飲んでみてくださいね。

We decided to experiment with a smoked lager for our seasonal Mt. Iwaki series this time. While rauchbiers typically lean towards darker hues, we sought to create a unique experience. The aroma delicately captures the essence of a woodsy campfire without being overwhelming. On the palate, expect a dry, crisp, and bready flavor profile, complemented by a subtle fruity twist courtesy of our beloved New Zealand hops. This offering provides a delightful departure from our usual beer lineup, offering a refreshing change of pace.
