東京の「Bar FUKURO」さんと一緒に醸造したビールです。「FUKURO」さんはモルティーなビールを作りたいと思い、レッドエールのアイデアを持っていました。そして、伝統的なアイリッシュレッドエールではなく、麦の豊かさを引き立てると同時に、人気のあるホップを使用することにしました。飲みやすくてモルティ、どこか紅茶のような・・・。さらにパッションフルーツやパイナップル、シトラスの風味が感じられるビールです。ドリンカブルで飲み続けられる味わいです。

Fukuro had the desire to collaborate on brewing a malty beer, and they came up with the concept of a red ale. However, rather than crafting a conventional Irish red ale, they decided to emphasize the richness of the malt while incorporating the use of widely beloved hops. The resulting beer is a sessionable, malty brew that showcases everyone's favorite hops. It presents a delightful combination of flavors, with notes of biscuits, bread crusts, and toffee derived from the malt, complemented by hints of passion fruit, pineapple, and citrus contributed by the hops. The end result is a highly flavorful beer that promises a memorable drinking experience.
