そんなビールを作りたいと思い、バージニアビアカンパニーが、バージニア州北部にあるオセロットブルーイングカンパニーと一緒に新しいIPAを醸造しました。
シトラとホールリーフのセンテニアルのホップを、オセロットが使う自社酵母とコラボレーションさせて、とても味わい豊かで飲みやすいインディアペールエールに仕上がりました。
実は、2018年にVBCのブルワリーの近くにあるハンプトンコロシアムで5年ぶりにライブを開催したPhishのコンサートを記念に初醸造しましたが、クラフトビールの友情の精神を祝うべく、今年も復活させました。

India Pale Ale collaboration with Ocelot Brewing Co.

The best kind of beer is the kind shared with friends…and it just so happens that we’ve brewed up a new one with our friends from Ocelot Brewing Company!

Citra and Centennial hops (including whole leaf Centennial) pair with Ocelot’s house IPA yeast strain to create an unbelievably flavorful yet drinkable India Pale Ale.

Originally brewed in celebration of Phish’s return to The Mothership in Hampton in October 2018, we’re bringing this one back to celebrate craft beer camaraderie through thick & thin. 4-packs of large format cans of this IPA collab will be available for takeaway purchase exclusively in Willilamsburg.
