フーダー樽で発酵させてグリゼットにグレープフルーツの皮を投入したもの。Cascadeホップを用いてドライホッピングが施してある。シトラシーで爽やかな風味にファンキーさとフローラルで華やかなキャラクターが感じられる。ライトな口当たりとフルーティさ、そして控えめな酸味が口内に広がる。最後はドライでリフレッシングに締めくくられる。低アルコールで爽快な一本。
Grisette was the first of its kind to emerge at Hafis, earning the esteemed title of our very first beer fermented entirely in oak (aka The Foeder Pyramid™). It's a low ABV, refreshing sipper dry-hopped with Cascade hops, that balances subtle brett, light acidity, and sky-high drinkability.
This batch was dosed with fresh grapefruit zest, for an extra zippy citrus kick.
What it smells like, what it tastes like: The beer itself is dry and slightly acidic, with soft brett aromatics, and complementary floral notes.
