このビールは千葉にある汐風ブリューラボのクリスと一緒に醸造しました。フルーティーな小麦は当然夏によく合いますが、小麦の力強い風味のおかげで、寒い季節でも美味しく飲んで頂けます。ラズベリーの香りが鼻と口に広がり、マンゴーがほのかな滑らかさを与えます。
We got together with Chris from Shiokaze Brewlab in Chiba to create this beer. While a fruited wheat obviously goes well in summer, the strong wheat backbone in this beer has enough bite to carry us into the colder months. The raspberries come through in the aroma and on the palate, while the mango adds a subtle smoothness.
