本日リリースした新作は、ドイツ産ピルスナーモルト100%で仕込んだシンプルラガーです。
里武士馬車道でラガーを仕込むのが今回が初で、極力シンプルなレシピ構成で行こうと話し合い、ピルスナーモルト100%で仕込みました。
清澄剤不使用、無濾過、アロマホップなしです。その分丁寧に、ゆっくり時間をかけて醸造しました。
出来上がりは、見た目は若干の濁りが残りましたが、味わいとしてはとても満足のいくラガーらしい味わいとなりました。
普段は様々なモルトを混合し使用してる分
分かりづらいピルスナーモルトの特性ですが
今回自分たちで仕込んだラガーを通じて、ピルスナーモルトの本来の味わい、力強さを再認識することができました。
最終比重的にはしっかりドライになっていますが、ホップの苦味や炭酸具合も伴って
とても飲み心地の良い、芳醇な味わいのラガーとなっております。

ピルスナーモルト100%を使用したシンプルラガー。芳醇な麦芽の香りに、ドライでキレのある喉越し。ドリンカブルで飽きのこない味わいはまさに私たちが求めていた王道ラガーの味わいです。仕事終わりのお疲れ一杯に必ず選びたい仕上がりです。

The new release today is a simple lager brewed with 100% German Pilsner malt.
This is the first time for us to brew a lager at Satomushi Bashamichi, and we discussed the idea of keeping the recipe as simple as possible, so we brewed it with 100% Pilsner malt.
No fining agent, no filtration, no aroma hops. We brewed it carefully and took our time.
The finished product looks a little cloudy, but the taste is very satisfying and lager-like.
We usually use a mixture of various malts.
It is difficult to understand the characteristics of Pilsner malt, but this time we brewed our own lager.
Through the lager we brewed ourselves, we were able to rediscover the original flavor and strength of Pilsner malt.
The final specific gravity of the beer is dry, but the bitterness of the hops and the carbonation also make it a very pleasant and mellow beer.
It is a very pleasant lager with a mellow flavor.

A simple lager made with 100% Pilsner malt. It has a mellow malt aroma and a dry, crisp finish. The drinkable, never boring taste is exactly what we have been looking for in a royal lager. It is the perfect choice for an after-work drink.
