Dieu Du Ciel!の代表的なIPA、Moralitéは2012年にアメリカ・バーモント州のレジェンドブルワリー、The Alchemistとのコラボで生まれました。たっぷりと投入したSimcoe、Citra、Centennialホップは、ビールにトロピカルフルーツや樹脂を思わせる香り高いアロマを与えました。しっかり苦く、ドライなフィニッシュで、堂々とした飲みごたえです。
The concept of Morality can give rise to various interpretations. In Quebec, it has a historical link with alcohol. One thing is certain, this beer is brewed with an immoral quantity of hops from a clever mix of Simcoe, Citra and Centennial. The result is a dry, aromatic and slightly resinous finish, evoking tropical fruits and revealing a sharp bitterness. Collaboration with John Kimmich of “The Alchemist” brewery in Vermont.
