志賀高原ビール × OXBOW
志賀高原ビール20周年を祝うコラボレーションビール。Gurizettoは、小麦とホワイトセージを使用したファームハウスエール。製造工程の一部でビールを日本の杉の樽で熟成しました。その結果、セージの清涼感溢れるハーバルな香りとほのかなウッディさが心地良い、4.5%のドライでゴクゴク飲める素晴らしいビールに仕上がりました！

Our friend @egobrewer and his crew visited with us here in Maine to brew a celebratory collaboration marking the 20th anniversary of his brewery Shiga Kogen. As huge fans and admirers, we are extremely honored and super proud to announce the release of Gurizetto!
Gurizetto, Japanese for grisette, is a 4.5% hoppy farmhouse wheat beer brewed with 100% Maine-grown malts and white sage. A portion of the beer was briefly aged in a small cedar cask, traditionally used to serve sake, then blended back to the batch. The result is an herbal, hoppy beer with aromatics of sage and cedar with a dry, bitter, refreshing finish.
