Skilfully crafted using unique brewing techniques and the best British ingredients, this Yorkshire icon is built upon a bold, sweet malt base. Challenger, Goldings and Fuggles hops are crammed into the boil and hop back, creating bold peppery bitterness and a smooth, earthy hop flavour. Our use of now-rare Yorkshire Square fermenters brings a crisp, drinkable finish.
