自然酵母を用いた樽熟成のワイルドエール最新作。明るく、リフレッシングであり優しく舌を刺激するブロンドビール。ボルドーの代表的な赤ワイン樽「Medoc」で2年ほど熟成したのち、少量のEllaとEnigmaでドライホップ。エルダーフラワーや桃、シャーベットのアロマの中に、ブレット由来のファンキーな風味が引き立ちます。
Mixed-fermented Sour aged in Medoc Barrels
Round Pasture is named after a local farm field and is a bright and fresh sour with a gentle spritz on the tongue. The beer was fermented in Medoc barrels for just over 2 years and finished off with a small dry hop of Ella and Enigma. Flavours of elderflower, notes of peach skin and sherbet are in the forefront with a subtle after taste of barnyard funk. Fermented with Brettanomyces Lambicus, Claussenii and Trois
