クラシックなウエストコーストIPAに、ちょっとした遊び心を加えました。

This West Coast IPA is the third creative beer collaboration with our good friend Yoshiko. While in Tokyo, she met an artist who shares her love for beer. That conversation turned into an idea: make a beer together—and a unique label to go with it, featuring the artist's signature style.

We brewed a dry, crisp, and citrus-forward West Coast IPA packed with Freestyle Waimea and a touch of Centennial for a bold, bitter bite. A small addition of crystal malt brings balance to the big hop punch, making it flavorful but still highly drinkable.

To give it a special twist, we used a custom yeast nutrient blend that brings out subtle tropical aromas, perfectly complementing the citrus-heavy hop profile.
