京都醸造株式会社 Kyoto Brewing Company とのコラボ！！
このコラボレーションでは、京都醸造の友人たちと協力しました。この名前はツール・ド・フランスのリーダーが着用する黄色いジャージに由来しています。
サイクリングは、坂道の創業当初からずっと私たちの物語の一部です。ご存知の通り、マシューとダニエルは日本中をサイクリングで巡る旅を通して出会い、友人になりました。この想いから、私たちはラドラーを作らなければなりませんでした。ラドラー（ドイツ語でサイクリスト）は長い歴史を持つビールで、通常はビールとレモネードを50:50の割合で混ぜて作られます。
私たちのバージョンでは、バナナとバブルガムの香りを持つドイツスタイルのヴァイスビアを醸造しました。これに瀬戸内産レモン100%ピューレを加えることで、甘みとバランスの取れた酸味と、レモンの豊かな香りが加わりました。
長距離のサイクリングの後には最高の一杯です！
For this collaboration we teamed up with our good friends at Kyoto Brewing. The name comes from the Yellow Jersey worn by the leader of the Tour de France.
Cycling has been part of the Sakamichi story right from the start. As you may know, Matthew and Daniel originally met and became friends through cycle touring all over Japan. With this in mind we had to make a radler. Radler (German for cyclist) is a beer with a long history, and is typically a 50-50 mix of beer and lemonade.
For our version we brewed a German style Weißbier with notes of banana and bubblegum. To this we added 100% Japanese Setouchi lemon puree for a kick of acidity to balance out the sweetness, and a huge hit of lemon aroma.
Best enjoyed after a long bike ride!
