ブルワリー開業当初から造られている看板商品的な樽熟成のワイルドエール。創業当時から醸造、熟成、ブレンドしており、今回はHallertau Blacホップでドライホッピングを施した。ストーンフルーツや白ブドウを想わせるジューシーなフレーバー、シトラシーな爽快さ、そしてハーバルなキャラクターが感じられる。すっきりとしたマウスフィールと共にフルーティーな味わいと軽やかな酸味が感じられ、最後ドライに締めくくられる。
We've been brewing, aging, and blending Farmageddon for as many years as we've been open. Nuanced, fruity, and oak-aged, it highlights the teamwork of brett and bacteria. This edition received an additional dry hop with Hallertau Blanc hops.
Though it's a complex beer to age and blend, it's particularly easy to drink. Tart, fresh, dry, and funky, it features layers of orchard stone fruit, light acidity, and wild yeast. A final dry hop late in the process enhances the herbaceous hop aromas and allows for flavours of green grape and citrus.
