アメリカで収穫されたばかりの Strata フレッシュホップを贅沢に使用した、特別なレッドIPA。
瑞々しいストロベリーの香り。口に含むと、べっ甲飴のようなやさしい甘みと香ばしさに、柑橘のほろ苦さとほんのりダンクなニュアンス、そしてパッションフルーツのトロピカルな風味が重なります。モルトの厚みがホップのジューシーさをしっかり受け止め、余韻には心地よい苦みを残します。
フレッシュホップならではの爽やかさを、そのまま閉じ込めたような一杯です。

A special Red IPA brewed with freshly harvested Strata hops from the U.S. for the Fresh Hop Beyond the Pacific campaign.
It opens with bright, juicy aromas of strawberry, followed by gentle sweetness and toffee-like malt character. On the palate, citrus bitterness mingles with subtle dank notes and a touch of tropical passionfruit. The malt body supports the juicy hop profile beautifully, leaving a pleasant, lingering bitterness.
A vibrant and refreshing beer that captures the pure essence of fresh hops.
