A rich and mellow barleywine with a smooth, viscous mouthfeel.
Layers of deep, treacle-like richness unfold alongside complex sweetness and umami from the malt. As time passes, slow maturation brings subtle changes in character, allowing the flavors to deepen and evolve gracefully.
