Drink All Dayでもメインで使用している大好きなSaphirと、Loralの組み合わせでピルスナーを仕込みました。ピルスを仕込む時はヨーロッパのホップのみを使うことがほとんどなので、アメリカンホップを混ぜるのは珍しいかも。
いつもの感じよりは麦芽感やフィニッシュの甘み、モルト由来のフレーバーを強めに出しつつ、Loralの甘いフローラルなニュアンスもそちらに寄せています。
そこにSaphirのクリーンなグラッシーさとほのかな柑橘感が合わさり、キュッと全体を引き締めたピルスナーらしい仕上がりとなっています。
どんなシチュエーションでもグビグビ飲める万能なビールです。

We brewed a pilsner using our favorite combination of Saphir and Loral—hops we also use as the main feature in Drink All Day. When brewing pilsners, we usually stick to European hops, so mixing in an American hop is a bit unusual for us.

Compared to our usual approach, this time we pushed the malt character a bit more—bringing out stronger malt flavor, a touch of sweetness in the finish, and more malt-derived notes overall. The sweet, floral nuance of Loral is also aligned with that direction.

On top of that, Saphir’s clean, grassy character and subtle citrus notes come together to tighten everything up, resulting in a crisp pilsner-like finish.
