この度、味隠でしか味わえない特別醸造ビール”助太刀(すけだち)”が完成しました！
目指したのは、スパイス料理の重なり合う風味に負けず、奥深い旨味を”助太刀”しながら、しっかりと個性を感じられるホッピーピルスナー。
ホップには、モザイク、ストラータ、ルミノサなど、私たちが特に気に入っている4種類のブレンド。ワイルドベリーや柑橘を思わせる香りと風味を引き出しました。また、初めてマナリタホップを使用し、ピンクグレープフルーツ、マンゴー、ネクタリンの風味を際立たせました。ホップの豊かな個性が、オーツ麦の柔らかでまろやかな口当たりが心地よい極上の一杯に仕上がっています。
映画村での楽しいひとときを盛り上げる軽やかなビールと、香り豊かなスパイス料理で「もうひと遊びする元気」をチャージ出来る。

We are now only 20 days away from the grand opening of Mion, in the newly refurbished Uzumasa Kyoto village.
We have put a lot of time, effort, and thought into all aspects of Mion, and being a brewery, want to make sure that beer is of course front-and-centre.
And so we have created Sukedachi, a beer conceived with the mood and concept of Mion in mind, available exclusively at Uzumasa Kyoto Village.
Our goal was to create a hoppy pilsner that stands up to the overlapping flavours of spicy dishes, while still being able to compliment the deep umami and complex range of flavours.
For this, we went with a blend of 4 hop varieties including favourites such as Mosaic, Strata and Luminosa, which we have become keen on, the combination of which brings wild berries and citrus fruits to the fore. We also used Manalita hops for the first time, bringing pink grapefruit, mango, nectarine, and gummy candy to the fore. This combined with the mouthfeel of the oats brings a softness to the lager’s crispness.
A light beer to liven up your time at the movie park, as well as to enjoy with fragrant spicy dishes, we made the beer in keg format as well as in can for those visiting to buy and take home with them.
