軽やかな飲み口、食中酒にぴったりのセッションIPA。

今回のTable Session、ビアスタイルはセッションIPA。メインのホップとして使用したMandarina BavariaとSimcoeの穏やかな柑橘感と程よい苦味に、それを支える適度な麦芽感。アルコール度数5%未満ならではの軽やかな飲み口と、ホップが楽しんでいただけるビールとなっています。

The recent craft beer trend tends to be extreme, and beer geeks want more and more extreme one. On the other hand, there is other trend like “Table Beer” and “Session Ale”. These characters are simple and drinkable, and the alcohol content is less than 5%. Table Session, our new release's beer style will be Session IPA. This is not extreme one, so it may be the latter. We used Mandarina Bavaria and Simcoe for main hops. It can deliver citrus aroma and bitterness, of course, our target of ABV will be less than 5%. We hope you have good time with pint of this beer.
