奈良醸造２周年記念IPA。

奈良醸造2周年記念となるアメリカンIPA。Galaxyホップ由来のパッションフルーツを思わせるトロピカルな香りに、Mosaicホップ由来の柑橘の香りを重ね、さらにHallertau Blancホップを少量加えることで、味わいに膨らみを持たせています。ボディのしっかりとした麦の風味がキリッとした苦味を支え、香りと苦みが同時に楽しんでいただけるIPAに仕上がっています。

This is the NBCo's second anniversary beer, "Perspective". It has a tropical aroma like passion fruit derived from Galaxy hop, citrus notes from Mosaic hop and Hallertau Blanc adds complexity. The full-bodied beer supports the crispness and bitterness. Compared to last year's anniversary beer "Solid State Survivor", this "Perspective" has more hops and less bitterness, but still retains a full-body and a moderate alcohol content.
