モダンIPAは、新しい品種、新しい技術、そして革新的な手法を取り入れることで、力強いホップの個性を最優先しています。このビールでは、サカミチとしても初めての試みをいくつか行いました。その成果をぜひお楽しみいただければ幸いです。

モルトベースはペールモルトとピルスナーモルトを組み合わせ、ボディを出すためにフレーク大麦を少し加えています。シトラ、モザイク、シムコー、チヌーク、NZカスケードをホットサイドとコールドサイドの両方に層状に投入し、甘い柑橘系の香りを伴う、フレッシュで活気あふれるトロピカルなキャラクターを引き出しました。

Praxis is the combination of knowledge and action.

A modern IPA prioritises huge hop character through the use of new varieties, new techniques, and new innovations. For this beer we tried some things that were new to us at Sakamichi and we hope that you like the results.

The malt base is a combination of pale and pilsner, with a touch of flaked barley for body. Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe Chinook, and NZ Cascade were layered throughout the hot and cold side to give a fresh and vibrant tropical character with notes of sweet citrus.
