What a joy it is to bring you this gorgeous IPA, brewed in collaboration with our friends at Pinta Brewery.
This radiant 6.0% IPA is a full-throttle celebration of Citra, a focused exploration of a single, spectacular hop.
The idea was born over sunset pints in the Yakima hop fields during out annual September selection trip.
Nils and Theo crashed Bartek's YCH selection and uncovered something special... An insanely unique lot of Citra from Coleman Agriculture, kilned at a lower temperature to lock in even more of those vibrant aromatics. With Max Coleman joining for beers, the plan practically wrote itself.
Brewed exclusively with hand-selected Coleman Agriculture Citra, this IPA glows with layered citrus, ripe tropical fruit, and a soft, aromatic intensity that lingers like the last light of day.
