ウエストコーストピルスナーは、2つの概念を融合させたスタイルです。伝統的な欧州ピルスナーの爽快な飲みやすさと、現代のウエストコーストIPAの力強いホップ感。このビールではピルスナーモルトを100%使用し、ドライでキレのあるボディに仕上げ、王道のシトラとモザイクの組み合わせを贅沢（アグレッシブ）に投入しました。甘いメロン、ビターなシトラス、そしてほのかなベリーのニュアンスを楽しめます。

Against a static shore, the neon swell rises and falls.

The West Coast Pilsner is a blend of two ideas. The refreshing drinkability of a traditional European Pilsner and the bold hop character of a modern West Coast IPA. For this beer we used 100% pilsner malt for a dry and crispy body, into which we aggressively hopped with the classic combination of Citra and Mosaic. Sweet melon, bitter citrus, and a hint of summer berries.
