グァバジュースのような甘い香りとフレーバーの中にダンクな青っぽいアロマ。フルーティ、苦味控えめ、度数高めと重たい要素が多い中、重たくなり過ぎないようにステップマッシュで温度管理を慎重に行い最後に若干のキレを作りバランスとりました。
Dank, fruity, and sweet. The aroma and flavor are reminiscent of guava juice (but dank!) Sometimes low bitterness and relatively high Abv. combined with the perception of sweetness can be difficult to drink a lot of, so I decided to take on the journey of a step mash to create a bit of the dry finish at the end, which was successful in increasing the drinkability.
