One Dropがこれまでに作ったスタウトでも最もビッグで最もダークな、大胆そのものの野心作。
10種類のモルトプロファイルにより、醸し出されるバニラ、チョコレートケーキ、ウィスキー、モラセスなどのフレイバーが、ナイトロの力も借りて驚くほど整った印象にまとめ上げられている。
カカオ、コーヒー、チョコレート、ダークフルーツのノートがあり、フルボディでワイルドでありながらクリーミー。
フレンチオーク樽で寒い冬の期間に数か月寝かせる最中にカカオニブとラクトースを投入することで、奥行きのある立体的なPastry Stoutへとまとめ上げられている。
ホップはスロヴェニア産のStyrian Wolfが使用され、ブラックベリー、バイオレット、エルダーフラワーのアロマが霞がかる。
非常に完成度の高い傑作。

It’s big. It’s dark. It’s our boldest stout yet. Massive hits of vanilla, chocolate, whiskey, cake, and molasses all backed up by a Nitro serve.
Full bodied and wildly creamy with notes of cacao, coffee, chocolate, and dark fruit; a product of the copious amounts of chocolate and lactose used while resting on French Oak. Hopped with the elusive Slovenian Wolf Hops to accentuate notes of blackberry, violet and elderflower. Hibernating for months, this dark beast has been cellared and can-conditioned to be shared and savoured under a wintry full moon.
Get it before it gets you.
