One Drop の常識を超えたFruited Sourシリーズ’Double Take’のラズベリーバージョン。
通常考えられる2倍以上のホップ、モルトを使用した強力なボディのハイアルコールケトルサワーに、とんでもない量（1リットル当たり420g！）のラズベリーのピューレを使用したDouble Fruited Imperial Berliner Weisse。
愛すべき高貴な香りを持つラズベリーのほのかな甘味とにじみ出るようなベリー感、さらには口をすぼめてしまう乳酸菌由来の酸味により、10％を超えるアルコール度数を全く感じない仕上がりとなっている。
一口飲むと、ジェダイのマインドトリックともいうべき衝撃。
ベリーを使ったサワーは数あるが、まごう事なきまさに’ダブルテイク’なビールと言えるだろう。
It's big, back and beautiful. From the series that doubles down on all the things your favourite One Drop sours have to offer with double the fruit, twice the souring time and an overhaul of our already absurd fruit dosing rate. What does that mean exactly? Oozing raspberry, puckering tartness and a big sour rush. A Jedi mind trick for the soul with no less than 41 individual raspberries in each can blended into one of our biggest sour bases to date.
For its second release we have added all that juicy raspberry during peak fermentation to integrate the flavour more, then thrown it under a high pressure spund for the rest. For the 2022 vintage, expect a slightly more restrained sourness and added nuance to the fruit character.
A mind bending 420 grams of raspberries into every litre. Big raspberry love to you all fam.
