KAZOKU is a well-rounded, tart saison with Ontario-grown plums. The beer showcases notes of ripe plum and bright, pithy lemon, which is underpinned by a pleasant hay-like quality. Refined and delicate, this beer finishes with a morish carbonic snap and clean, lingering tartness that supports the fruit.
