アメリカ、ニューヨークの人気ブルワリーEquilibrium Breweryとのコラボレーションで造られたヘイジーなトリプルIPA。ホップにSimcoe、Bru-1、Mosaic Incognitoを使用し醸造、Simcoe、Bru-1、Motueka、Vic Secret、そしてSimcoe Cryoでドライホッピングを施した。モルトビルには2-Row、ピルスナーモルト、オーツ麦に小麦を使用。ライムを想わせる爽快な香りにパイナップルを想わせるトロピカルなアロマ。口に含むとアロマ同様ライムやタンジェリンの爽やかな風味にパイナップルのトロピカルな甘味が感じられる。柔らかな口当たりにジューシーかつ濃厚なフレーバーが口内に広がる。ホップフレーバーが存分に感じられる至極の一本。
Triple IPA brewed in collaboration with our homies @eqbrewery. Pours hazy tangerine with sticky foam. Aromas of tropical lime & pineapple, with lime, orange & pineapple on the palate. Hopped with Simcoe, Bru-1 and Mosaic Incognito in the kettle, dry hopped with Bru-1, Motueka, Vic Secret and Simcoe Cryo. Malt bill of 2-Row, Pilsner, oats and wheat.
