長期熟成を経た濃厚な味わいのベルジャンスタウト。
N Bottle Conditionedシリーズの新作は、アルコール度数8.0%のベルジャンスタウト。スタウトとあるように、いわゆる「黒いビール」です。ふんだんに使用した麦芽に加えて、黒砂糖と乳糖も投入。さらに、バニラとオークチップを漬け込み、香りと味わいに複雑さを持たせました。黒砂糖のコクと、乳糖の優しい甘み、少し高めのアルコール感が相まって、どっしりとした飲み口となっています。

The sweet aroma of vanilla, the richness of the cacao and the woody aroma of the oak chips are characteristic of this beer. Also, you can enjoy the richness of the brown sugar, the gentle sweetness of the lactose and the slightly higher alcohol content combine to give a robust mouthfeel. The aftertaste has a slight bitterness from the hops. This bitterness tightens up the whole experience and gives it a finish that is not too sweet.
