ご近所のBrassneck Breweryとのコラボレーションのパッションフルーツセゾン。華やかなパッションフルーツにセゾン酵母のシークワーサーを思わせるシトラス、ピーチ、パイナップル、バナナが加わり、弱めの炭酸と相まってトロピカルフルーツスムージーを飲んでいるかのような印象。苦味は弱く、パッションフルーツの弱～中程度の酸味との程よいバランス。

BREWER’S NOTES
Made in collaboration with our friends at Brassneck Brewery this French-style Saison was brewed with a healthy dose of Passionfruit and has a dry, tropical and exotic character. Carbonation is high and the Hallertau Blanc hop variety adds to the intense fruity character.
